Miller Fair Henry partners Andrea Fair and Claire Abernathy Henry have been named to the Lawdragon 500 list of Leading Global IP Lawyers for 2026. Both are recognized in the practice areas of IP Litigation, patent litigation, trade secret litigation, and patent infringement. In introducing the list, Lawdragon describes the honorees as “lawyers protecting innovation, defending brand integrity and leveraging the assets at the heart of their clients’ businesses.”
This is the second year of publication for Lawdragon’s list focusing on global intellectual property leaders, and the second year for Andrea and Claire to be selected through the editorial team’s process of nominations and research.
