Brett loves helping people and businesses solve their legal problems. Adept at all sorts of civil litigation, he regularly guides clients through the maze of business litigation, employment and real estate disputes, and delicate family law matters. Brett’s goal is to craft innovative solutions for each client and ensure that the client leaves his office in a better position than when the client arrived. He consistently upholds the values instilled in him by his mentors: an unwavering work ethic, professionalism, and effective advocacy for those he represents.
After six years practicing civil litigation in Fort Worth, Texas, Brett and his wife — both Longview natives — were drawn back to their roots, eager to raise their children with the same sense of family and community they cherished growing up. Joining Miller Fair Henry was a natural fit for Brett, thanks to its top-notch reputation, collegiality, and like-minded partners.
Brett’s dedication isn’t limited to the courtroom. He also serves his community on the Longview ISD school board, currently in his second term, where he strives with fellow trustees to provide an excellent education for all students.
When Brett’s not practicing law or tackling school-board issues, he loves spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new destinations.
